Terms of Service

Welcome to iCOST PRO. By creating an account, subscribing to our service, or otherwise using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

1. Definitions

• "App" refers to the iCOST PRO web application, including all features, tools, and services provided through it.
• "User" refers to any individual or entity that creates an account and uses the App.
• "Subscription" refers to the paid plan that grants access to the App's features for a defined period.

2. Account Registration

To use the App, you must register for an account by providing accurate and complete information, including your name, email address, and any business details requested. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Subscription and Billing

• Access to the App requires an active subscription. Subscription plans and pricing are displayed on our pricing page.
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan).
• Payments are processed through a secure third-party payment processor. We do not store your full payment card details.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
• We reserve the right to change our subscription fees upon reasonable notice. Any fee changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle following the notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems, networks, or data.
• Upload, store, or transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App, except as permitted by applicable law.
• Use the App to process data on behalf of third parties without proper authorization.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers, networks, or security features.

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of all business data you enter into the App, including ingredients, products, suppliers, pricing, and other operational data. We process this data solely to provide the App's services to you. Your use of the App and our handling of your data is further described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, tools, and underlying technology, is the intellectual property of iCOST PRO. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the App without our express written consent.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the App but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes to the App that could temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or available at all times. You use the App at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iCOST PRO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or engage in any conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to the App or other users. Upon termination, your right to access the App ceases immediately.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
